HOW DO I COMPLAIN?


R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited (“RHFS”) operate a complaints handling procedure pursuant to which any complaint will be carefully considered and handled transparently, competently, diligently and impartially. RHFS are obliged to notify the Jersey Financial Services Commission of all complaints which are not resolved within three months. If RHFS do not answer your complaint to your satisfaction, you may of course seek independent professional advice.

Any complaint should be submitted in written format and addressed to R&H Fund Services (Jersey) Limited, Ordnance House, 31 Pier Road, St. Helier, Jersey, JE4 8PW or by email to complaints@fundadministrators.com. Alternatively, complaints can be lodged via our online contact page.
